Chief Executive Officer
Judith is an Information Security and Risk Management professional with over 18 years of progressive experience and a strong record of delivering strategic initiatives. She brings over a decade of senior management and consulting experience across Uganda and the United Kingdom.
Judith previously served as Country Head of Technology Risk and Compliance for Barclays Uganda and as Global Vice President (Information Security Manager) at JP Morgan Chase in the UK for over five years before founding Risk Imperium Consulting.
She holds a degree in Information Systems with Business Management from the UK and is completing a Master’s in Management of Information Security and Risk. Judith also holds industry certifications including CISA, CISM and CRISC. Her governance-driven approach aligns executive strategy with IT and cyber security initiatives to deliver pragmatic, cost-effective risk management.
Service Delivery & Programme Director
Francis brings extensive expertise in IT project and programme management, information governance, data protection and cyber security.
He has successfully delivered transformational projects across healthcare, non-profit, education, research, manufacturing and retail sectors, providing structured programme leadership and operational excellence.
Francis holds a BSc in Information Systems with Business Management, a Master’s in Information Systems Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Law, strengthening his multidisciplinary approach to governance and compliance.
